Checking the configuration history of a campaign ensures you understand any changes made, helping to identify potential issues that might affect performance. It provides a clear timeline of adjustments, making it easier to pinpoint what worked and what didn’t for future optimizations.

Reviewing the history fosters better collaboration and accountability among team members, avoiding redundant or conflicting updates.

How to access it

You can access any campaign History using the Ellipsis button at the far right side of any Campaign or Strategy Header.

To check the History:

  1. Click on the Ellipsis and on 'History',

  2. A dialog will appear with the configuration History.

Once opened, the History dialog will allow you to:

  1. See all changes done to the campaign configuration, including the author and the date stamp

  2. Search any configuration you want to check, using the search function. This will highlight the terms within the history for easier navigation.

  3. Download a .json file with the changes history

  4. Show all or collapse all information

  5. Close the dialog and go back to the campaign or strategy configuration.
