Situation
There are a few reasons why your campaign may appear as Inactive in the platform. Here’s what you need to check:
1. Manually paused
You or someone on your team may have manually paused the campaign by toggling the activation switch inside the campaign.
You can check the campaign History to understand what happened.
Solution: Go into the campaign and switch it back to Active.
2. No spend for 30 consecutive days
If a campaign remains active but doesn’t spend any budget for 30 days in a row, the system will automatically change its status to Inactive.
Solution: Review your targeting, budget, and creative settings to ensure everything is correctly set up. Once ready, reactivate the campaign.
