Overview

To enable conversion tracking for Mobile App Marketing or CTV app sync campaigns, you are required to enter your app bundle ID in the Campaign Properties. This will allow us to successfully sync with your MMP and view conversion data back in mediasmart reports.

Campaign Properties

You must enter the Bundle ID manually. If you do not have it on hand, please refer to our guide on Finding Your Bundle ID.

Once you have your ID:

  1. Navigate to the Campaign Properties of a Multichannel or a CTV campaign.

  2. Select your Tracking partner or MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner).

  3. Enter the Bundle ID in the designated field within the Tracking section. Check the screenshot for reference.

Can I enter more than one Bundle ID?

At the moment it is not possible, but this option will be available soon.
