What is Status?

Status is a section that displays the status and the real-time data of the campaign. It is an easy way to see how your campaign is running.

Where to find Status

You can access Status within any of your campaigns or strategies, on the top right part.

You might get different messages, explore below their meaning.

Campaign running

If you see different KPIs in the dialog that will open after clicking on 'Status', your campaign is running.

  • Those numbers show the KPIs for that particular day.

  • You will see the key KPIs, depending on your campaign configuration.

Campaign is inactive

That message means your campaign hasn't been active that day.

If you want to activate it, click on the 'Active/Inactive' switch and, if needed, make lifetime or budget changes.

Campaign lifetime ended

This message appears when your campaign lifetime is over.

If you want to activate it, click on the 'Active/Inactive' switch, make changes to the campaign lifetime, and adapt the budget according to your new needs.

Campaign is struggling

This means your campaign is Active, within the Lifetime, and has a remaining Budget, but it is having trouble delivering impressions.

This might be due to:

  • A very narrow targeting

  • Trying to access inventory that needs to be activated (i.e. deals)

Please, check in Availability if your targeting has enough volume and alter campaign targeting accordingly. If the issue persists, contact us.

Data is being calculated

This message is shown when the campaign is active and running, but the data in Status needs to be updated.

Status data should be refreshed every few minutes. If you just activated the campaign, please, wait for it to ramp up and for the data to start showing.
