Publishers list section

Once you click on 'New Publisher list', a dialog will appear requesting the relevant information:

1. Add a Name for the new publisher list

2. Upload a file containing the publisher identifiers

3. Click on 'Create' to generate the Publisher list
   

Once the system generates it, to use it, you will need to select it on the drop-down menu of the Publisher targeting section on the campaign you want to use it.
