When you enforce domains in an allowlist, mediasmart will serve your campaign only when a bid request provides the URL or domain where the ad is going to be served AND when that coincides with one in your list. Your campaign shall ignore all bid requests that do not declare the URL or domain.
When this field is used as a blocklist, mediasmart will serve your campaign only when a bid request provides the URL or domain where the ad is going to be served AND when does not coincide with any on your list.

The following examples are valid domain formats:

http://kitty.com

http://www.kitty.com

kitty.com

www.kitty.com

For instance, it is better to target "kitty.com", as it will include also the traffic coming with https://www.kitty.com. The other way around, if the domain in the list is https://www.kitty.com you won't buy on the traffic that comes as kitty.com.
