Situation
If you're unable to locate a past campaign in your account, don’t worry; here are the most common reasons and how to fix or verify each case.
1. Filters on the Campaigns table
Filters in your Campaigns Table may hide older campaigns.
Solution:
Check if you’re using any filters (e.g., active status, date range, advertiser, etc.)
Remove all filters and search again using the campaign name or ID.
2. Inactive campaign for over 12 months
Campaigns that have been inactive for a full year are automatically deleted by the system.
Solution:
You’ll need to create a new one from scratch.
