How to top up balance

Balance

Balance represents the available funds in your account that can be used to run advertising campaigns.

Pre-payment organizations must maintain a sufficient balance to access our services. If your balance runs out, add funds before continuing.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the credit card icon on the header.

  2. Type in the amount you want to prepay under 'Budget'

  3. Click on the 'Top up and continue' button

  4. The system will automatically generate an invoice.
    You will have 4 options to move forward:

    1. Pay it directly from the platform, just after generation.

    2. If you previously saved your payment information, the system will automatically charge you. There will be no 'Pay' button on the invoice.

    3. Pay it from the e-mail you will receive from finance@mediasmart.io.

    4. Access your Invoicing area and pay the invoice there.

Payment

You will be able to select the type of payment you want to make - via card, PayPal, or Wire transfer - after clicking on the green 'Pay' button.
