Overview
It is very straightforward.
You can access your survey responses directly in Reports by:
selecting the "Survey Response" KPI and
using the "Survey Event name" as a drill-down variable.

This is the format of the Question + Answer report you’ll get within the platform.
Like other reports, it can also be downloaded as a .csv file for further analysis.
Considerations
The empty "Survey Event Name" line will gather all the KPIs (impressions, bid offers, bids, wons, clicks, etc.) from the Creative.
For each one of the responses (Question + Answer), it is expected that all the information available is the number of answers you have gotten, and will be reflected under "Survey Responses". The other KPIs above will show as 0.
If no one has selected one response, you won't be able to see it.
Clicks will only count if the person has completed the survey and submitted it, which will redirect the user to the landing page.
