How to set it up
Simply, create a Publishers list containing the publishers you want to block and mark the list as a global blocklist, using the corresponding switch within the Publishers list configuration page.
There are 2 options to create a Publishers list:
(Recommended) from the Publishers list section within resources, or
directly within the campaign launcher or campaign; you will then need to go to the Publishers lists section to mark it as Global Blocklist.
