You can choose the type of publishers you want to target on your campaigns, like which apps or sites you want to run your campaigns in (if used as allowlist) or which should be blocked (if used as blocklist).

You can:

Select the type of traffic: app vs web, all kinds. Select if the list refers to in-app, web, or both types of publishers.
Use private Publisher lists or our curated Publisher lists, by selecting them from the dropdown menu to either target or avoid, to avoid clicking on the 'Use as blocklist' switch (4.)
Upload a new Publishers list, by clicking the 'New Publisher List' button and following instructions on the dialog.
Set a list you have selected as a blocklist by switching on the "Use as Blocklist" option
If a publisher is inside your organization-level blocklist - which we call a Global Blocklist - that block will take precedence over the targeting; unless you request the system to ignore the global blocklist.
Ignore Global Blocklist: Target publishers included on your organization's global blocklist, by telling the system to ignore said blocklist.

Select a "Minimum app store rating" by clicking on the stars. You can select between 1 and 5 stars or leave it empty.
