We can make session data available for all the events we record in a campaign. Session level data is stored in an S3 bucket encrypted by AWS, that mediasmart employees are only able to access an anonymized version of the session level data and expires after 6 months.

How can I see session level data for my campaigns?

You can get information, directly store in your servers using macros, for every single event your campaigns generate in mediasmart, that's to say:

impression,
click,
conversion 1 to 5,
assisted conversions 1 to 5 (estimated by mediasmart),
video events (video start, video 25%, video 50%, video 75% and video 100%).

Keep in mind:

Privacy-related consideration: If a user does not provide consent, some fields will be saved as "masked". For more information check these FAQs about privacy; GDPR, CCPA & TCF.

Data availability consideration: If you have signed a standard service order to access our platform the session level information of your campaign is stored on mediasmart side as well. Session Data can help clients who are not willing to not use macros in their tags or who want to have a second source of information in case data from macros happens to be lost.

Session-level information is useful for analysis and also for troubleshooting in case of discrepancies.
