Bids and Bid Percent
The number (or percentage) of bid offers for which the algorithm decides to bid for this campaign.
The bidding algorithm may decide not to bid for a number of reasons, but they are all related to the price configured for the campaign:
a) the bid price the bidding algorithm is willing to offer may be below the price floor established by the publisher or
b) such bid price may be below $0.10, which is an internal "price-floor" set at a system level (experience has taught us that we do not get good traffic at those prices).
