Why are my creatives not being approved?

When you are ready to launch a campaign, you need to make sure you have taken a couple of steps:

  • You have included the creative(s) to your campaign.

  • You have changed the state of the campaign to "active".

  • If you have a prepayment account, you should have a positive account balance.

From then on, if your account does not require auditing, your campaign will be launched right away once you set it active.

If your account requires auditing, your campaign will be classified as "pending approval" and will be subject to our Auditing Process:

  • The status of your campaign will change once our system fully audits at least one of the creatives inside the campaign.

  • In the case of Third Party Tags, the auditing process will last at least 24/48 hours, and not less, because we need to extensively scan creatives to ensure they do not generate any issues.

  • If the process is successful, your creatives will be approved and your campaigns will start running automatically.

  • If the process is not successful, it is because the creative has been deemed to violate our content policies, i.e., auto redirects, malware, deceptive creatives, etc. and your campaign will be rejected.

When a creative has been rejected, the Creative Audition process will start again only if the user has made some changes and has hit the "Apply" button.
