Technical specifications for images

Supported formats are GIF, PNG or JPG.

The maximum weight for smartphones and tablets is 100k.

If the creativities are animated:

• They must only contain a maximum of 3 frames.

• The duration of animations is limited to 30 seconds.

• They can be looped but must stop after 30 seconds.

Strobing, flashing or distracting backgrounds are not allowed.

Creatives with partially black or white backgrounds must add a visible border of a contrasting colour.

Ads must fill the entire space of the chosen image size and may not appear sideways or upside down.

Ads may not be segmented, contain multiple copies of themselves within the ad, or appear to be more than one ad.
