Technical specifications for audios

Supported formats are WAV or MP3.
The maximum weight is 1 MB.
The duration is limited to between 15 and 30 seconds.
When you upload creatives that are exactly 30 seconds long, when uploaded to our platform they become 31 seconds long. This creates problems with some publishers such as Spotify and they will not be available for your campaign. Once uploaded, we recommend that you preview the audio ad to make sure it is 29 seconds long.
The Audio stream should have:
- WAV: 16-bit 44.1 kHz
- MP3: at least 192 kbps RMS
- Normalized to 14 dBFS Peak
- Normalized to 0.2 dBFS
VPAID creatives are not supported. We only support VAST 2.0 as we automatically track completion rates.
