Through seamless integration, mediasmart and mParticle provide you with direct access to your first-party data within our platform. This enables you to leverage your own valuable data to enhance the precision and effectiveness of your campaigns' targeting strategies.
What Data is available in mediasmart?
Only first-party data will be available through this connection. This means that your clients or yourselves will need to have an account with them to be able to send data over to our platform for targeting pursposes.
How to Set up the connection with mParticle?
How to use 1st party mParticle audiences
Set Up your account in mParticle: Ensure that mParticle is correctly set up and integrated into your applications or websites.
Define First-Party Audiences: In mParticle, create the first-party audiences your want to utilize. These audiences can be segmented based on user attributes, behaviors, or any other relevant criteria.
Data Collection: Ensure that all relevant data pertaining to user behavior is being collected and sent to mParticle. This data will be essential for audience segmentation.
Audience Management: Utilize mParticle's audience management features to effectively define and manage the created audiences. Segmentation can be based on various attributes and behaviors.
Audience Syncing:
Contact your CSM at mediasmart and request access to your first-party data from mParticle. We will need at least 1 week to activate this for the first time.
Then audiences are sent to mediasmart as we are an integrated technology partner of mParticle. Configure mParticle to synchronize the first-party audiences with mediasmart. if you have any questions contact your account manager at mParticle.
Targeting in Campaigns: With the first-party audiences now available in your targeting section within mediasmart, you can create highly targeted campaigns, as the audiences will appear in the targeting section and the client just needs to select it.
