Ad serving cost part of Media Cost
Google Ad Exchange charges a fee for ads served in specific countries, which we pass on to customers, as part of the Media Cost.
Countries affected by this extra fee and the actual fee may vary from time to time as per Google's instructions, and this article will be updated accordingly.
At the moment, the following applies:

Austria | 5% of media cost added |
United Kingdom | 2% of media cost added |
France | 2% Regulatory Operating Cost added to your invoice or statement. |
Spain | 2% Regulatory Operating Cost added to your invoice or statement. |
India | 2% Regulatory Operating Cost added to your invoice or statement (starting October 1st 2021). |
Italy | 2% Regulatory Operating Cost added to your invoice or statement (starting October 1st 2021). |
