Summary
Both the %consent% and the %consent_unesc% macros provide supply information on whatever consent is on the bid-offer:
In the case of CCPA, it is going to be the us_privacy text flags.
In the case of TCF, it will be the daisy bit or consent string.
If the SSP is sending binary consent (0/1, yes/no,...), it will be the binary consent.
If consent is missing it will show not-found or do-not-track depending on if the DNT flag is active on the bid.
