DOOH Synchronization

To automatically generate a Synced campaign on Mobile for your DOOH campaign, the system will ask you the following:

  • Name the synced campaign. By default, the naming of all synced campaigns starts with Sync -.

  • Choose the Opportunity window from Up to 1h to Up to 48h .

  • A Radius around the DOOH screens: 100m, 300m, 500m, 750m, or 1000m .

  • (only the first time) A lifetime budget

  • (only the first time) The KPI and value you want the sync campaign to optimize towards.

Switch on Synchronization

To start the process, you will need to click on the 'Sync the campaign with ads within the same household' switch.

A menu will appear, and you'll need to enter the following information:

  • Name

  • Opportunity window

  • Budget

  • Pricing type (CPM, CPC, etc.)

  • Value

Name the Synced campaign

It is compulsory to give a name to the new Synced campaign. By default, it will start with Sync - .

Select the Opportunity Window

The Opportunity Window represents the time elapsed between the DOOH ad exposure and the mobile ads served to devices observed around your DOOH placements.

  1. Open the drop-down, and

  2. Select your preferred choice by clicking on it.

Add a Budget

During the first setup of the synchronization, you will be requested to add a budget for the synced campaign.

Add the Pricing type (KPI)

  1. Select a Pricing type. To choose from a drop-down menu:

    • CPM

    • CPC

    • CPV (video completion)

    • Ad views

    • Conversions 1 to 5.

  2. Add a value for the KPI in your currency.

  3. (Optional) When the Pricing type is different from CPM, you will be able to set up a Max CPM for your synced campaign.

Add Radius

The Radius represents the distance observed between the DOOH ad exposure and the mobile devices where ads are to be served.

  1. Open the drop-down, and

  2. Select your preferred choice by clicking on it.

You can always modify your choice by opening the drop-down menu and selecting another option.

Jump to Synced campaign

Once you click on 'Save changes', a new synced campaign will be created.

A new button --> Sync campaign will appear on the Synchronization section, to allow you to jump between the source campaign and the synced campaign.
